1. The promoter of the Competition is Year 13 (the “Promoter”) (ABN: 93 606 583 706) of G02 84 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065.
  2. The Competition is open to all residents in Australia above the age of 16 years old. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
  3. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any additional terms and conditions on the Promoter’s website or announced on air form part of these Terms and Conditions and where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and additional terms and conditions relevant to a particular competition, the specific terms and competitions shall prevail.
  4. Entry into the Competition is free.
  5. Competition commences 1st December 2015 and final entries close and must be received by 11:59PM AEST on 17 December 2015 (“Competition Period”). Winners will be notified by Facebook and Email by 18 December 2015 (“Winner Notification Date”). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. An entry is deemed to be received at the time of its receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
  6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must entirely complete the registration form
  7. Any entry received after the specified competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
  8. You may not enter the Competition more than once.
  9. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to award a prize to any entrant who has already won a prize in another Promoter competition during the 30 day period prior to that winner being selected.
  10. No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
  11. You agree that the Promoter mayuse your entry and any personal details provided to the Promoter in accordance with Year 13’s Privacy Policy and for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.
  12. Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. This is a game of skill, and the winner will be selected by a panel arranged by the Promoter based on the most creative outfit.
  14. The winner will be notified via email and on Facebook and they are required to collect the prize from the Promoter’s Crows Nest office. If collection in person is not possible, the prize may be sent by post or email, prizes will be delivered within 30 days of a winner being selected. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any prize that is lost in transit and will be under no obligation to replace the lost prize.
  15. Any prize to be collected from the Promoter’s Crows Nest office must be collected within 30 days of selection of the winner. If the prize has not been collected within 30 days, the winner relinquishes any right or interest in the prize. If a prize is unclaimed or a winner is not contactable, there will be no re-draw and the prize will forfeited, unless otherwise notified by the Promoter.
  16. If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the prize winners, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.
  17. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  18. Each response submitted as part of an entry (“Response”) becomes the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entry, each entrant irrevocably grants to the Promoter a non-exclusive perpetual worldwide licence to use and exploit all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright) in and to the Response and consents to the Promoter doing (or omitting to do) any acts in respect of the Response which may otherwise constitute an infringement of an entrant’s moral rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may use all or part of an entrant’s Response for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, whether in respect of the competition, the Promoter or otherwise. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Response submitted is an original work of the entrant which does not infringe any rights of any third party. A breach of the warranty set out in this condition will result in the entrant’s entry being invalid. In addition, each entrant indemnifies the Promoter against all loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoter arising from that entrant’s breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
  19. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any death, injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize and damage to any prize in transit.
