You’ll have the opportunity to study social science and criminology units, as well as a range of specialist policing units. This broad approach will enable you to pursue a career in the police force, criminal and community justice systems, corrective services, border protection, intelligence, security and fraud management or forensics.

That includes smaller class sizes with greater access to one-on-one teaching to prepare you to thrive at uni. Once you successfully complete the 12-month diploma from The College, you’ll gain guaranteed entry into the second year of the Bachelor of Social Science (Policing) at Western Sydney University.

An Extended Diploma version of this course is also available for students who received an ATAR below 55 or have no ATAR at all. Our 16-month Extended Diplomas cover extra introductory units that will prepare you for success in your tertiary studies and beyond.
