  1. The promoter of the Competition is Year 13 Pty Ltd (ABN 93 606 583 706) of G02 84 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065 (the “Promoter”).
  2. The Competition is open to all residents in Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter and its immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
  3. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any additional terms and conditions on the Promoters’ websites or announced on air or in print form part of these Terms and Conditions and where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and additional terms and conditions relevant to a particular competition, the specific terms and competitions shall prevail.
  4. Entry into the Competition is free.
  5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must be registered for a MyYear13 account on the Year13 website (https://year13.com.au/my-year13), and click the ‘Attending’ button for the Year13 Expo between the dates of April 2nd 2020 and April 11th 2020. All Entrants with MyYear13 accounts that have been marked as ‘Attending’ the Expo during the Competition Period will be eligible to win. Entrants must register to attend the Year13 Expo before 11:59PM AEST on 11th April 2020. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the Competition.
  6. Competition commences 2nd April 2020 and final entries must be received by 11:59PM AEST on 11th April 2020 (“Competition Period”).
  7. The Competition has 10 Prize Draws, with 10 Winners in total. One Prize will be awarded to one Winner on each of the draw dates. All Entrants who have registered to attend the Year13 Expo by the date and time of each draw will be eligible for that draw and any subsequent draws. Draw dates and times for Prize Draws are as follows:

Prize Draw 1: 4:30PM AEST on Friday 3rd April 2020
Prize Draw 2: 4:30PM AEST on Saturday 4th April 2020
Prize Draw 3: 4:30PM AEST on Sunday 5th April 2020
Prize Draw 4: 4:30PM AEST on Monday 6th April 2020
Prize Draw 5: 4:30PM AEST on Tuesday 7th April 2020
Prize Draw 6: 4:30PM AEST on Wednesday 8th April 2020
Prize Draw 7: 4:30PM AEST on Thursday 9th April 2020
Prize Draw 8: 4:30PM AEST on Friday 10th April 2020
Prize Draw 9: 4:30PM AEST on Saturday 11th April 2020
Prize Draw 10: 4:30PM AEST on Sunday 12th April 2020

  1. Winners will be notified by Email on the same day as the corresponding draw date. Winners names will also be posted on the Year13 site and Year13 Instagram page (@Year13). The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. An entry is deemed to be received at the time of its receipt by the Promoters and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
  2. Any entry received after the specified competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
  3. You may not enter the Competition more than once.
  4. Entries to the Competition will be judged in a Game of Chance (NSW Permit No. LTPS/20/43349). The winner will be notified via email.
  5. The Promoters may, in their absolute discretion, refuse to award a prize to any entrant who has already won a prize in another Promoters’ competition during the 30-day period prior to that winner being selected.
  6. No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
  7. You agree that the Promoter may use your entry and any personal details provided to the Promoters in accordance with Year 13’s Privacy Policy and for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoters in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.
  8. Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Any prize must be claimed within 30 days of selection of the winner. If the prize has not been claimed within 30 days, the winner relinquishes any right or interest in the prize. If a prize is unclaimed or a winner is not contactable, there will be no re-draw and the prize will be forfeited, unless otherwise notified by the Promoter.
  10. If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoters conduct of the Competition or the Promoters ability to deliver the prize to the prize winners, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  12. To the full extent permitted by the law, Year 13 Pty Ltd will not be liable for any death, injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize.
