To us, Year13 is an opportunity for people wanting to hone their skills, learn new things and better themselves in ways they never expected.
Our culture is just that; it’s good people doing amazing things for a purpose that touches all of us. Year13 has pushed us to be more than we thought we could, and we’ve watched many people in our team evolve into their potential.
The reason this happens? We’re all aligned on our goals and we have fun together (we have lunch together as a team most days). At the core of our high performance is the fact that we genuinely want to be here and it’s very special to us that we can maintain a culture of high quality work, whilst also forging the best of friendships.

Based in Sydney and remotely around Australia, Year13 is a scale-up with a dynamic and fast-growing team.
At Year13, we place an emphasis on mixing highly experienced gurus with fresh-faced go-getters in order to come up with the most innovative ideas. You won’t find a team who are more passionate about what they do. We’re harder workers, problem solvers and team players (and most of us don’t mind a cheeky tipple on a Friday arvo).
When we’re not working, we’re usually hanging out in the lunchroom catching up on each other’s weekends or debating whether socks and Birkenstocks are appropriate work attire (evidently, they are).
