There are a few reasons why I love to work out from home.

1. It's bloody freezing and I don't want to leave the house.

2. I don't want to pay the price of Jesus' tears for a gym membership

3. I like to be a kook at exercise in the comfort of my own home, not surrounded by people

4. It's quicker to just chuck on a video and get on with your day at home.

... The list goes on. So, since I'm quite a seasoned worker-outer from home, I've compiled a list of my favourite videos to do from home, without equipment. 

1. This Killer Workout Torches Calories — About 500 in 45 Minutes -- Jeanette Jenkins

It's time to break a sweat! Seriously, finishing this video is the best feeling of accomplishment. If I knock this out in a morning, I feel like a deadset legend all day. Work out with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins with intense workout that never, ever gets boring.

2. Ultimate HIIT Workout for People Who Get Bored Easily -- FitnessBlender

If I dunno what workout I'm feeling like, I always go to this one. This is 25 minutes long with a warm-up (so remember to cool down). Each move is only 20 seconds on and there are basically no repeats. It's so fast-paced that you'll forget that you're dying throughout. 

3. Pilates 21 Day Challenge ♥ Full Body Workout For Results -- Boho Beautiful

It's so important to always spice it up when working out. I love to do cardio one day and pilates the next to maximise results! When I'm wanting a pilates video, Boho Beautiful always delivers with challenging workouts! This full-body workout with a heavy focus on your core and inner thigh will have you sweating, toning, and feeling red hot! 

4. 15 min Intense HIIT for Fat Burn | Standing & No Equipment -- Chloe Ting

Sometime you don't have a lot of time to workout. That's why doing a quick video from home is so convenient! 

Chloe Ting has become a household name after isolation when everyone and their dog was doing her workouts. She has a tonnnnne of quick, intense videos that'll do the trick!

5. 30 Minute Fat Burning & Strengthening Workout Vol.1 -- Jordan Yeoh Fitness

You won't appreciate the word 'rest' until you do this video. This 30-minute full-body workout routine is for those wanting to strengthen their muscles and burnnnnn fat. Literally, fat will run away screaming.

6. A 30-Minute Tabata Session to Burn Some Serious Calories -- Raneir Pollard

Seriously, you will never need a gym membership if you have access to this killer calorie-torching cardio and sculpting workout. Tabata is a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that alternates between 20 seconds of intense bursts of work and 10 seconds of rest in four-minute rounds. 

7. 20 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT -- MadFit

Maddie Lymburner, better known as MadFit, has an abundance of videos. My favourite of hers are the 20 minute full body workouts. They go by sooo fast, keep your attention (as I seriously get bored so easily) and make your muscles burn baby burn!
