If you’re working in or want to work in the civil construction industry, RII30815 Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations will develop your skills across a range of tools and equipment, and provide valuable knowledge to help you progress. The certificate covers a range of skills in areas such as plant operations and equipment, hand and power tools, basic levelling and excavation. You will also learn how to work safely on a construction site. After successfully completing this course you will have a solid foundation of the skills and knowledge needed to work in the civil construction industry.

You are already working within Civil Construction and want to gain additional skills and knowledge or you would like to enter the civil construction industry.
Your language, literacy and numeracy will be evaluated to identify any support requirements.
How is this course delivered?
This course is held 3 days per week and runs for 26 weeks. It includes Workplace based training and assessment. Demonstration, Observation, Oral Question, Third Party Evidence.
