The Certificate III in Screen and Media introduces students to the Creative Industries. Students engage in industry projects from conception through to production, helping them develop foundational skills while exploring a range of industry topics.

12 weeks duration
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
- Must be at least 17 years of age at course commencement
- Demonstrated creative aptitude
- Interview
PATHWAY TO JMC ACADEMY DIPLOMA/BACHELOR DEGREE
The Certificate III in Screen and Media may be taken as part of a pathway to a JMC Academy Diploma or Bachelor Degree program. In some cases, a normal university foundation program may still be required for admission. The Student Recruitment and Admissions team will advise the most suitable pathway for each student.
CAREERS IN THE INDUSTRY
Upon successful completion of the Certificate III in Media, students may either proceed to enrol in Diploma studies at JMC Academy, or may choose to seek employment in one of the related fields in audio, music, digital media, film and television.
