Certificate IV in Human Resources
Overview: This qualification reflects the role of individuals who work in a range of support positions in human resources management. In smaller companies they may work across all human resources functional areas and in larger companies they may be assigned responsibilities in units or business areas focused on discrete human resources functions, such as remuneration, workforce planning or human resources information systems.

Duration: 1 semester full-time (20 hours per week) face-to-face classes OR part-time equivalent plus approximately 10 hours of online study and independent learning.

Entry Requirements: It is recommended that you have the equivalent of one year full-time work experience as well as any business Certificate III OR be able to demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge.
Additional Information: This qualification is part of a suite of programs that includes the Certificate IV in Human Resources, the Diploma of Human Resources and the Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources). Lower level qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge are required for successful completion of higher level programs.
