This course prepares you to take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. Skills are developed to be able to supervise teams of personnel, providing leadership and guidance to other while managing the effectiveness of the team.

Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB42015)
This course covers effective communication, workplace relations, teamwork and operational plans. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 4 core units and 8 elective units.

Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
