This course provides the skill and knowledge to individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area.

This qualification covers human resource services, recruitment and induction processes, performance management processes, workforce planning, employee relations and workplace safety. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 6 core units and 3 elective units.

Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
