This course gives in-depth coverage of project management knowledge areas. It is targeted at participants who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team. Skills covered include scope, time, quality, cost, human resources, information and communication, risk and integration.
