This course prepares students for a broad range of further study in arts, communication or social science, by exploring a broad range of disciplines including linguistics, cultures, criminality, and creativity. Graduates will be qualified to gain entry-level positions in a range of fields using the practical teamwork and communication skills which they have acquired whilst studying at SIBT. Students who successfully complete the diploma will be eligible to enter second year of a bachelor’s degree at university.
WHERE THE COURSE CAN LEAD YOU
Successful completion of an SIBT Diploma will allow you to enter Bachelor of Social Science (Criminology and Criminal Justice) degree at Western Sydney University, Sydney City Campus.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
SIBT requires you to have completed Australian Year 12 (or equivalent) to qualify for entry into a Diploma program.
We don't focus on your ATAR - instead we'll look at your overall results as well as those in particular subject areas to determine the program you will be accepted in to.
