What is this opportunity?

Our largest venue, Mounties, located in Mt Pritchard, are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer focussed team players who pride themselves on their reliability and professionalism to join our group.

As a permanent part-time Bar or Gaming Attendant our customer's journey starts with you.  With your passion for people, coupled with your warm & friendly smile, you will deliver memorable customer service experiences to all members & guests throughout our various bars and newly renovated gaming floor.

What will I do day-to-day?

  • General Pick Up (GPU) which is ensuring the Club is presented well and includes general housekeeping duties like cleaning down dirty surfaces, clearing rubbish and dirty glasses and pushing in chairs
  • Bar & Tray Service
  • Customer Service
  • Cash Handling

What do I need to apply for this position?

  • Previous experience within hospitality or a customer related role/ industry
  • Reliable is your middle name
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • A willingness to build our brand and long-term relationship with our customers
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team
  • Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG
