The Traineeship will include of the following training:

• Responding to daily customer enquiries face-to-face or via email
• Answering and responding to phone enquiries
• Working on computers to use various software tools to assist with the business operations
• Processing day-to-day business activities in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Assisting other staff with day-to-day requests
• Complying with Covid-19 requirements and housekeeping
