From there, you can take a step up to Production Manager which leads straight into becoming a Bakery Manager. Once you’ve proved you have what it takes and completed a couple of short courses, you’ll be ready to purchase your very own Bakers Delight Franchise! 

 

Other pathways 

But that’s just one of the paths that’ll be available to you as a baking apprentice. You could also opt to become a specialist baker, like a pastry chef for example, and open up that little French-themed patisserie you’ve always dreamed about. You’ll be paid while you learn in a baking apprenticeship so you can learn the ropes of making loaves while earning your very own dough.
