30 Journal Prompts To Get You Writing
Overview
- We've all heard people go on and on about how life-changing journalling is. Even if you're still a little skeptical, you might still wanna give it a good ol' crack, but where do I to even start? 🥵
- Here are 30 journal prompts to get you in the writing zone 😉
Everyone bangs on about the power of journaling. We've all heard stuff like:
- "It helps you create order when your world feels like it's in chaos"
- "You get to know yourself more"
- "You can better understand and navigate through your emotions, thoughts and feelings"
- "It's therapeutic and relaxing" 🧘
It all sounded très wanky to me - to be honest, I was a hardcore journal skeptic. The idea of having a yarn with myself, recounting my boring-ass day, or venting about my annoying boss seemed kinda ridiculous. But people kept saying how beneficial it is, so I thought heck, why don't I give this a try?
Turns out I'm a journaling fiend - sorry not sorry. But you know how I started? Journal prompts.
Journal prompts are the perf way to dip your toes into the world of journaling. You'll have a sense of direction and purpose and it may make the whole process a little less... pretentious. Here are some prompts to get you started! 🌈
