With a Future Force traineeship, you’re able to start a career while you get qualified. Within 24 months, you’ll have nationally recognised qualifications, and 2 whole years of hand-on experience. 

Each trainee is assigned to a host company, where they will work full-time for the duration of the course. The structure of the traineeship allows you to work in different departments within that organisation. This gives trainees a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in the logistics industry, making them a great candidate for a range of jobs.In fact, many Future Force trainees are employed by their host company as soon as their course ends. 

The logistics industry has plenty of room for career growth too, meaning you will have the opportunity to work your way up into your dream position. For example, one of Future Force’s past trainees learned logistics at Bonds, was employed by the company at the end of the traineeship, then worked her way up to be a designer for the company.
