The Indigenous Youth Mobility Pathways Project (IYMP) is an innovative project which supports young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from regional and remote communities across the nation to Dream, Learn and Lead.

IYMP addresses the barriers to training, employment and education and provides holistic support to young Indigenous people whilst engaged in the project. IYMP focuses on assisting Indigenous youth to identify and break down these barriers to success and our staff work diligently to ensure our participants settle into their new homes and receive the appropriate support they need to succeed. For more information on ‘What is IYMP?’ and the range of support we offer our participants on the program visit: https://iymp.com.au/what-is-iymp/support/

Each site has a mixed model of accommodation including fully supported and semi-independent arrangements. All IYMP homes have a residential staff to assist with developing independent living and life skills, so when participants attain their career goals, they have a suite of life skills to nurture their Career Growth.
