Candidates who express interest in signing up for this program undergo three months of foundation training on IT essentials, Business Ethics and Communication. Post successful completion of foundation training, candidates have an option to appear for HCL Career Aptitude Test which is the entry point for TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program, which makes the student eligible to pursue full-time work within HCL (subject to successfully completing the job-based training/ internship).
