HIA Apprentices offers apprenticeships within the residential building industry. HIA Apprentices are leaders in the selection, management and training of apprentices in the domestic building industry. Established over 30 years ago, we make it easier for young people to get a trade, and help builders and contractors take them on.
HIA Apprentices is the only national Group Training Organisation exclusively servicing the residential construction industry. HIA doesn’t simply train the building trades of tomorrow, it’s the launching pad for the leaders and directors of successful home building businesses of tomorrow.
We are committed to the development of our apprentices. Our apprentices are placed with quality host trainers. We offer dedicated mentoring and a pastoral care service from experienced staff/field officers. Our apprentices learn skills and confidence, a strong work ethic, value for time and a growth mindset.
