Programmed is Australia and New Zealand’s leading provider of managed labour, staffing and training services.
We recruit, deploy, manage and maintain a mobile workforce in excess of 15,000 people per day across Australia and New Zealand.
We supply employees across a variety of trades, process and general labour classifications to a diverse range of customers.
Over the past decade, we have employed more than 8,500 apprentices and trainees, assisting each person to become qualified for their desired career. Each year we support more than 1,500 trainees and apprentices and help over 6,000 people to complete training courses.
Benefits of completing your training with our team
As a Programmed apprentice or trainee, you will receive on-the-job training towards a nationally recognised qualification, while earning a living at the same time.
All our trainees are supported by a dedicated Field Officer who provides:
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring and support throughout your apprenticeship/traineeship
- Thorough induction prior to commencement
- Monitoring both on and off the job progress
- Safety awareness and safety talks throughout your apprenticeship/traineeship
- There are opportunities for any age group, new and existing workers, part-time, full-time and even school-based apprenticeships and traineeships. Training can be completed on-the-job, off-the-job, or a combination of both.
Our commitment to safety
At Programmed, safety is at the forefront of everything we do. We live by the philosophy that all injuries are preventable.
Our people work hard to deliver Programmed's purpose and commit to our values. Safety is embedded in our culture and we encourage our people to take an active role in visibly demonstrating safety leadership, regardless of their organisational position and location. We’re supported by leading health, safety and environment systems which provide us with real-time data and analytics. These in turn help us become a safer, more reliable service provider.
