HCL’s TechBee Program is a gateway of opportunities for high school graduates for careers in technology. Candidates who express interest in signing up for this program undergo three months of foundation training. Post successful completion of Foundation Training Program, candidates have an option to undergo the HCL Career Aptitude Test which is the entry point for TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program, that provides opportunities to pursue full-time jobs with HCL (subject to successful assessment of the job-based training/internship). HCL’s TechBee program enables students to learn and earn, right after school, and transforms them into financially independent IT professionals.
Program Outline
Phase 1: Foundation Skilling Program
- Three months of training
- Virtual Instructor-led classes and self-paced sessions
- Training modules include:
- IT Essentials Ethics
- Business Communications
Phase 2: Stream-specific skilling & internships
- Three months stream-specific training & a six-month internship
- Stipend of AUD 2500/month during the training of 192-312 hours
- Job opportunities with HCL Technologies post successful assessment of the training program

Eligibility Criteria
- Secured a score of minimum of 60% marks in high school.
- Candidate should have studied Mathematics in high school.
- Australian citizen/ permanent resident who has successfully completed high school in 2020 / 2019 or 2018.
